Learners of all ages benefited from accessible
information resources, reading groups and
digital access. Our weekly under-fives sessions
were also popular, encouraging an early love
for books.
Supporting people every day
Our cultural programme, including Arts
Council-supported National Portfolio
Organisation activity, opened up more
opportunities for people to take part in
creative experiences, discover new interests
and connect with others. Alongside this, we
strengthened our commitment to equality,
diversity, inclusion and belonging, establishing
a dedicated staff and Board working group to
help ensure everyone feels represented and
welcomed.
